Healfie is a health monitoring application that provides tools and features to help users track and analyze various health metrics locally on their device. The App offers personalized insights and recommendations based on health data processed entirely on your device without any external data transmission.

Important Notice: Healfie is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical conditions or before making any health-related decisions.

3. Local Data Processing and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data:

• Complete Local Processing: Our App is designed to process and store all your health data locally on your device. No personal health information is transmitted to external servers or third-party services.
• Device Security: Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features including iOS encryption and biometric authentication.
• No External Services: The App operates entirely offline without connecting to external analytics, AI services, or data processing platforms.

By using the App, you understand that all your health data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Healfie, you agree to:

5. App Store Terms

When you download our App through the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:

• These Terms are between you and Healfie, not with Apple
• Your use of the App must comply with the App Store's Terms of Service
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable) to you
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App or your possession and/or use of the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you

6. App Pricing and Purchases

Our App may offer premium features through in-app purchases:

• Payment for in-app purchases will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• All premium features are processed locally on your device
• You can manage your purchases through your Apple ID account settings
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Healfie, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.

8. Health-Related Disclaimer

The content provided through the App is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Healfie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any loss of data stored locally on your device
• Any technical issues with your device that affect the App's functionality
• Any interruption of the App's local processing capabilities
• Any bugs or technical issues within the App

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
